I’ve copied in Heather who we used to go to Austria and can highly recommend.

Scheffau is the first Kneipp experience village in Tirol and there’s a weekly Kneipp Active programme all summer long to help you learn about this tried and tested wellness regime as well as the facilities to try things out on your own – many of which are free of charge.

The programme runs from Monday to Friday each week during the summer season but with so much to do in the area we suggest you take a week and fit the programme in around your stay in Scheffau.

As well as the Kneipp experience there’s a free bathing/hiking bus which operates all summer along the valley so you can use it to go to the various gondola stations and potter around up on the mountain, drop into a local swimming pool or bathing lake or even walk between two points and know that you’ll still be able to get back to the village free of charge.  The bus is called the KaiserJet and is free to use with a local guest card (which you get from your accommodation provider).
